Washing & Conditioning:

• Wash your extensions with a sulfate-free shampoo every 1-2 weeks.

• Use lukewarm water and avoid scrubbing. Instead, gently massage the scalp and hair in a downward motion.

• Follow up with a deep conditioner to maintain softness and shine.

• Let the conditioner sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Detangling:

• Always detangle the hair when wet or damp.

• Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.

Drying:

• Air-dry your extensions whenever possible. If using heat, set your blow dryer to a cool setting to prevent heat damage.

• Pat dry with a towel—never rub the hair.

Moisturizing:

• Apply a small amount of lightweight leave-in conditioner or oil (such as argan oil) to the hair to keep it hydrated, especially on the ends.

• Avoid using heavy oils or products, as they can weigh down the extensions and cause buildup.

Styling:

• Limit heat styling to prevent damage. If you use hot tools, always apply a heat protectant.

• When curling or straightening, use low to medium heat settings.

• Raw hair can be dyed or bleached, but it’s best to consult a professional stylist to avoid damaging the cuticles.

Night Care:

• Before bed, braid the hair or wrap it in a silk or satin scarf to prevent tangling.

• Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction.

Long-Term Care:

• Remove and reinstall your extensions every 6-8 weeks to give your natural hair and scalp a break.

• Store unused hair in a cool, dry place, preferably in a silk or satin bag to prevent tangling and dryness.
