• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the shipping method selected.
• Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We ensure that all orders are accurately fulfilled and carefully packaged before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may occur during or after delivery. This includes lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you live in an apartment or shared building, we also recommend checking with your front desk, mailroom, or neighbors. In cases of theft, we strongly advise filing a police report.
